The owners of this 3-story turn-of-the-century Belvedere brown shingle residence desired to add a master bath and a nursery adjacent to the third floor master bedroom.

The bath and nursery were designed to minimize additional height and bulk by using the semi-circular bay shape, as well as a low-slope, curved hip roof. The circular bay also took greatest advantage of the panoramic water views.
